How to Make Sabudana Vada Recipe

Step 1: Soak the Sabudana

First, rinse the sabudana properly.

Add soaked sabudana, mashed potatoes, green chillies, ginger paste, chopped coriander, cumin seeds, crushed black pepper, Deggi red chilli powder, and sendha namak.

Mix everything well using your hands until the mixture combines properly.

3: Shape of Vada

Divide the mixture into 10–12 equal portions.

Shape each portion into a small round patty.

Make sure the vadas are not too thick because thicker vadas may break while frying.
