Ingredients

- 2–3 tbsp jaggery powder or raw honey (adjust to taste)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1½ tbsp chia seeds
- Optional: pinch of cinnamon
Method
- First, add the chopped strawberries to a heavy-bottomed pan.
- Next, cook on a low flame, stirring occasionally.
- As the strawberries soften, gently mash them to release their natural juices.
- Add jaggery powder or honey along with lemon juice. Mix the ingredients well.
- Simmer for 8–10 minutes until slightly thick.
- Turn off the heat and gently fold in the chia seeds.
- Finally, let it cool completely. The jam will thicken naturally as it cools.
- Store in a clean glass jar in the refrigerator.
