Step 1: Prepare the rajma filling

First, heat a pan on medium flame. Then, add the boiled rajma. After that, mash it lightly. This step improves the texture.

Step 2: Add vegetables

Next, add chopped capsicum and onion. Then, mix well. Cook for 2–3 minutes. However, do not overcook because vegetables should stay slightly crunchy.

Step 3: Add herbs and salsa
