  • 2 cups grated lauki / bottle gourd

🍲 Step-by-Step Instructions

1️⃣ Prep the Bottle Gourd

  • Peel and grate the lauki.
  • Lightly squeeze out excess water (don’t remove all moisture).

2️⃣ Sauté to Remove Raw Smell

  • Heat the ghee in a pan.
  • Add grated lauki and sauté for 4–5 minutes on medium flame until the raw aroma disappears.
