- 1 litre full-fat or double-cream milk
- 3–4 tbsp condensed milk (adjust sweetness)
- 2–3 tbsp sugar (optional or as per taste)

- 1 tbsp ghee
- 2–3 tbsp finely chopped dry fruits (almonds, cashews, pistachios)

🍲 Step-by-Step Instructions
1️⃣ Prep the Bottle Gourd
- Peel and grate the lauki.
- Lightly squeeze out excess water (don’t remove all moisture).
