Welcome to Recipe-Times – Easy Homemade Indian Recipes

Hi there, and welcome to Recipe-Times! I’m so happy you’re here.

I’ve always loved cooking, experimenting with ingredients, and trying new recipes in my kitchen. Over the years, cooking became more than just preparing meals for my family—it became something I truly enjoyed.

One day, after making a dish that my children absolutely loved, I had a simple thought: Why not share my recipes and kitchen experiences with others?

That thought eventually became Recipe-Times, my little corner of the internet where I share easy homemade recipes, Indian recipes, vegetarian dishes, festive foods, desserts, drinks, and useful cooking tips.

My Story Behind Recipe-Times

As my children grew up and I had a little more free time, I decided to turn my passion for cooking into this food blog.

I’m not a professional chef, and I don’t claim to have all the answers. Instead, I’m a home cook who loves learning, experimenting, and discovering new ways to make delicious food.

Some recipes are traditional family favorites, while others come from my own kitchen experiments. I enjoy giving classic recipes a little twist while still keeping their familiar flavors and homestyle charm.

What You’ll Find on Recipe-Times

At Recipe-Times, you’ll find recipes that are made for everyday cooking as well as special occasions.

I love sharing:

  • Easy Indian vegetarian recipes
  • Traditional Indian sweets and desserts
  • Everyday sabzi and meal ideas
  • Festival and fasting recipes
  • Healthy and wholesome recipes
  • Refreshing summer drinks
  • Snacks and street-food favorites
  • Simple cooking tips and variations

I also enjoy sharing recipes inspired by Indian festivals such as Navratri, Sawan, Teej, Diwali, Janmashtami, and other special celebrations.

My goal is to make cooking feel enjoyable and approachable, whether you are an experienced cook or just starting your kitchen journey.

A Little About Me

I hold an M.A. and B.Ed., but my greatest learning experience has always been my kitchen.

Cooking has taught me patience, creativity, and the joy of making something with my own hands. I love taking simple ingredients and turning them into something that my family enjoys.

Although I’m not a professional food writer or chef, I write from my own experience. I share the recipes I make, the things I learn, and the little tips that make cooking easier.

Most importantly, I believe food is about more than just a recipe. It brings families together, creates memories, and connects us with our traditions.

Why I Started This Food Blog

I started Recipe-Times because I wanted to create a place where I could share my love for food with people around the world.

If a recipe from my kitchen helps you prepare a delicious meal for your family, makes a festival a little more special, or simply inspires you to try something new, then this blog has achieved what I hoped for.

I also love hearing from readers. Your comments, questions, suggestions, and experiences encourage me to keep experimenting and sharing.

Let’s Cook Together

Whether you’re looking for a traditional Indian recipe, an easy everyday meal, a festive sweet, a refreshing drink, or simply some inspiration for your next kitchen adventure, I hope you’ll find something here that you love.

Thank you for visiting Recipe-Times and becoming part of my food journey.

I hope these recipes bring as much happiness to your home as they have brought to mine.

Happy cooking! ❤️
