Tutti FruttiĀ cake is an easy recipe which uses a tasty, colorful & chewy confectionery that is used in cake, cookies, cupcakes etc. They are available in mixed colors like red, green, yellow, and orange. They are made using raw papaya, which is cut into tiny cubes, blanched and again cooked in sugar syrup then the color is added and set aside a day and dried in 1-2 day. It’s easily available in any supermarket. Tutti FruttiĀ cake is a moistĀ cake loved by kidsĀ & even grown-ups as well as, it can be prepared in a jiffy prefer during morning and evening time with tea.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups All-purposeĀ flour
- 1 cup Curd
- 1 cup Sugar(powder)
- 1/2 butter
- 1 1/4tsp bakingĀ powder
- 1/2tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp Vanilla essence
- 1/2 cupTutti Frutti
- 3/4tsp cinnamon powder
- 1 pinch of Salt
Method:
First, preheat oven atĀ 180Āŗc for 10 minutes.
Take one big bowl, add curd, sugar, bakingĀ soda, bakingĀ powder, whiskĀ very well them leave 5-7 minutes.
Take one small bowl add TuttiĀ Frutti and add 1-2 tsp of all-purpose flour and mix it well and put it aside as it will preventĀ it from sinking at the bottom while baking time.
Take curd in a bowl and add vanillaĀ essence, butter, salt, cinnamonĀ powder and mix it and start addingĀ all-purpose flour (sieve it before adding) and mix it well, addĀ tutti-frutti and mixĀ it very well till the cake batter is ready to transfer onto the butter paper which is placed in a mold or a cake tin.
Bake it for 40- 60 minutes, checkĀ after 50 minutes with a toothpickĀ then the eggless truttifrutti cake is ready.
Remove cake from the mold with the help of a knife, takeĀ a cooling rack place theirĀ cake for half an hour.
Cut into slices and enjoy with a cup of tea, milk, and coffee.
