Quick and Easy Rajgira Pakora Recipe for a Perfect Tea-Time Snack

  4. Heat oil in a deep pan for frying the pakoras
  5. Once the oil is hot, take a small portion of the potato mixture and shape it into a small ball or a flat disc.
  6. Drop the potato pakoras gently into the hot oil and fry them till they turn golden brown and crispy.
  7. Remove the pakoras from the oil using a slotted spoon and place them on a paper towel to absorb the excess oil.
  8. Repeat the process with the remaining potato mixture until all the pakoras are fried.
