- 3 tsp oil
- 3 packs noodles

- 1 tsp chilli powder
- ¼ tsp cumin powder
- ¼ tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp sugar
- ¾ tsp salt
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tsp oil
- ¼ tsp pepper powder
For Chowmein:
- 2 tbsp oil
- 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1-inch ginger, finely chopped
- A few spring onions, chopped [optional for garnish]
- ½ onion, sliced
- ½ green capsicum, sliced
- ½ red capsicum, sliced
- ½ carrot, julienned
- ½ cup cabbage, shredded
