  • 3 tsp oil
  • 3 packs noodles

  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • ¼ tsp cumin powder
  • ¼ tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • ¾ tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 2 tsp oil
  • ¼ tsp pepper powder

For Chowmein:

  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1-inch ginger, finely chopped
  • A few spring onions, chopped [optional for garnish]
  • ½ onion, sliced
  • ½ green capsicum, sliced
  • ½ red capsicum, sliced
  • ½ carrot, julienned
  • ½ cup cabbage, shredded

Step-by-Step Instructions:

Step 1: Boil the Noodles

  1. In a large pot, bring water to a boil.
  2. Add salt and oil to the boiling water.
  3. Submerge noodles into the boiling water and cook for about 3 minutes or follow the package instructions until al dente.
