For Chowmein:

  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1-inch ginger, finely chopped
  • A few spring onions, chopped [optional for garnish]
  • ½ onion, sliced
  • ½ green capsicum, sliced
  • ½ red capsicum, sliced
  • ½ carrot, julienned
  • ½ cup cabbage, shredded

Step 1: Boil the Noodles

  2. Add salt and oil to the boiling water.
