Materials

3 cups macaroni pasta

    1 cup mixed vegetables (Red & Green bell peppers)

      1 medium-sized onion, finely chopped

        2 tomatoes, pureed

          7- 8 cloves of garlic, minced

            1 green chili, finely chopped (optional for spice)

              1/2 teaspoon Chaat Masala

                1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper powder

                  2 tablespoons Butter

                    Salt to taste

                      6 cups water

                        Instructions

                        In a large, deep skillet or pot, heat the butter over medium heat.

                          Add the minced garlic and chopped green chili (if using). Sauté for another minute until the raw smell disappears.

                            then stir in the finely chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.

                              Pour in the tomato puree and cook until the oil begins to separate from the mixture. Stir occasionally to avoid burning.

                                Now, add Chaat Masala, black peper powder,. mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes to allow the spices to infuse their flavors.

                                  Toss in the bell peppers and macaroni pasta, ensuring they are coated evenly with the spice mixture.

                                    Add water and season with salt according to taste. Stir everything together.

                                      Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to low. Cover the pot with a lid and let it simmer for 10-12 minutes or until the pasta is cooked to your desired level of tenderness. Stir occasionally to avoid sticking.

                                        Once the pasta is cooked, turn off the heat then Serve hot and enjoy your delicious One-Pot Indian Veg Macaroni Pasta!
